Well for themes your going to use the sound editor 2018 and wwise(use the tools option in sound editor, then sound convertor option) to convert the .mp3 files to .wem format. As for renders I haven't checked the wiki, but I'm fairly certain in the multimedia section of the mod forum there's some topics that touch on it a bit. And on the .dds format the renders are in. Though I think it's fairly straight forward though.
