freezing Freezing On Boot screen

After I added the CM Punk mod to my game it will no longer pass the credit boot screen. I have deleted the Chunk0 file but that hasnt changed anything.

 

I added GFX mods in the past that have worked fine with no problems

There are different Chunk0 files. Don't just delete them. Use Custom Character Tools' Utilities to clear the Chunk0.arc file as well as Regenerate the Chunk0.def file while the game and Steam aren't running. Then the game should start. If it still doesn't work, use CCT's Install->CH-Pac file(s) functionality to install the .pac files. You can find more information and instructions on the Smacktalks Community Wiki.
