Press the Edit PACH file button, select the in ring ch, then the entrance ch (there is one, if not just skip the second window). You can adjust the ch slot to whatever you want and the attire slot as well. Then save.

Make sure you use whatever the new version of the ch is in your wwe 2k18 install pac\ ... folder and then go to options -> rebuild def

Doing this doesn't seem to work.

When I click save this always pops up

"unhanded exception has occurred in you application. if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue, if you click quit, the application will close immediately, could not find a part of the path"

@Jaiharpur

For example, this error might appear if you have other modding applications open that access the same files. ( the Data Editor or CCT etc). Close all applications except WWE2K18 + and WWE2K18

I would need the detail information to know what the error actually is.

That's all the pops up.

I am using wwe 2k18+, i got to edit Pach files, then I select say Virgils in ring model as "ch23302.pac" skip the entrance because no file comes up.

I leave pach slot as 223 and attire slot as 0

Then that just pops up.

Here are the details I found

I would double check the Folders tab in the options and make sure each one is filled in and points to a proper folder.  It's having an issue checking what attires you already have and making sure there isn't a conflict.
