2K15 mod to 2K18

Another noob question, is there any tutorial to port old mods into 2K18? I remember seeing something like it but its not given in Wiki. Any leads?

I have some tutorials in my signature. But some older mods have to be remade. Also make sure you are using 2K 28 pofo and moveset files or it will crash.
