WWE2k16 Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 I am still new to moding, so can someone help me. The default attire pac ends in 02, the alternates are 12 / 22 and so on. Than how come the alternate attires I make are not included in the pac folders? For eg I created an attire for 42502 pac, so 42512 should be in pac folder, but its not. Where do I find it if I have to inject it another character? Any leads? Thanks Quote
Cave Waverider Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Are you talking about alternate attires created by the in-game creation suite? If so, they are but CAWs and thus part of your save game and not in ch*.pac form. CAW models are in a different format than regular wrestlers/mods and not interchangeable. If you have installed Mods that included .pac files of alternate attires, however, they should ideally be in your \WWE 2k18\mods\ folder somewhere (assuming you installed the mods via Custom Character Tools - which is recommended - or manually into the \mods\ folder). In case you have done none of the above and just unlocked alternate attires via Data Editor's Attire Unlocker GUI, you'll have to install the actual ch*.pac files for each attire as the Attire Unlocker only tells the game that the Attire is accessible, but doesn't install any actual models. You may also want to check out the Smacktalks Community Wiki entry on Installing Mods. 1 Quote

I made a commentery attire for Mr. Perfect and wanted to inject him with that attire in the in-game commentator's Pac but couldn't find the attire I made, in the Pac folder. Hope you understood what I am saying, but anyway its not that important I was just doing it for fun. Thanks a lot. Edited January 23, 2018 by WWE2k16 Quote
Cave Waverider Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Commentary models are a bit different to normal ones, too. They are lower polygon models that are built a bit differently and I'm not sure if you could use a normal wrestler mod in it's place. Probably not, but I guess you could try. The digit for the attire type for Announcer models/attires should be chXXXY6.pac, if I'm not mistaken. Quote
