Stumbled across this video which apparently shows it is indeed possible to add renders to modded wrestlers in 2K18, anybody know how to go about doing so?

You can, created "typea_custom" and "typeb_custom" folders in the in the "ssface" folder and put the modded type a & b .PACs in their respective folders.
