I'm having trouble with applying the alternate attire unlocker I've followed the steps correctly. Are supposed to delete the chunk arc or clear it cct or data editor?

You have to clear the Chunk0.arc + rebuild your Chunk0.def file via CCT. Then start WWE 2K18 again and everything should be fine.
