Hey man hope this helps.

I find the easiest way for me is to screenshot it on your ps4 and upload it to facebook with the 'only me' parameters on. Then i just save it off my facebook page on to my laptop or phone and run it throigh an image uploader site like tinypic. You get your pic link (make sure its the link with and at the end, is not just manually type it when posting) and away you go.

Also you should include your upload tags like your username etc. This way people can find your content easier.
