Arena Mods (GYM Project) Old school/indy fans

There is nothing I loathe more than to see a great game with the nostalgic possibilities lose it's immersion so quickly. I explored the arena/stadium pac files last night with another great tool from the community, and I was able to find the high school gym, and the ball room. I tracked down the banner files, scoreboard*, wall etc. and labeled them on my notes and where to find them. I plan on making some old school NWA style arena's and giving the gym a way more darker/bingo hall down south/Mid-Atlantic look. 

I come from the PS4 community and am an accomplished graphic artist with alot of great ideas for this game and what we can do for it. There just wasn't enough freedom on the console version and being stuck with a current sleek WWE logo hurts the immersion of my old school territory rivalries I had planned.  As become more familiar with these modding tools I plan to give back to this community on the presentation side of things and really have some fun. I look forward to being a part of this great group!

*I found the texture of the walls, the banners, the windows etc. and I really can use my imagination on this one to make warehouses, custom gyms, big wide open areas featuring skylines and so on. Soon as I learn how to add .pac files back into the game after editing the .DDS, we will have a shot!

Im looking forward to this. I was planning on creating arenas NWA & early 90's WCW but I suck at making them lol

Awesome.  I'm psyched for this.  And I'm trying to figure out the same... injecting arena dds files back into the pac. I don't think the tools available can do that yet, at least not for the arena files but then I barely know what I'm doing so I could be mistaken. Looking forward to seeing your work!
