Installing mods using Cheat Engine?

Is it possible to install mods with CE this year? I just tried the old method and it didn't work.

Why not just use WWE 2k18+?  It’s literally a few clicks.

yep, still works fine, just the same way as previous year

Then what could be wrong? I put the pac file in the pac folder, loaded up the game and then the memory region with the pofo/moveset (with the appropriate hex) yet the mod doesn't show ingame.

Super string is installed and arc file cleared ? 

Also it doesn't work with any pofos and movesets ? Be sure you're using last pozzum's memory sheet update too

Yep, all is right. 

I didn't try other pofos/movesets because there is no alternative.

So did it work? Did you get cheat engine to work?

I did, although the mod crashes the game whenever I try to play with it (chunk file is empty).
