Removed the links - please do not share other modders work without their consent.

To convert from HSPC to EPK8, you will need to extract all the files from the SDHC with in the ch.  You can use X-Packer by Tekken or Pac Editor by Eatrawmeat to do this.

Once extracted, you will need to repack them as a PACH archive.  I believe you can do this in Pac Tool (I do not use Pac Tool) and I know 100% you can do this in X Packer.

From there, take any 2k16 ch.pac file, rename it to the file name of the original ch.pac, then either use X Packer to change the slot to the appropriate slot or HxD and inject the PACH file you created above.

This process of rebuilding a PACH is covered in the tutorials in my signature -- the 2k15 to 2k17 port specifically, I rebuild a PACH.
