Trouble editing certain PAC files in Hex Editor

Hey guys, i've come across a couple of PAC files that appear differently in HxD and i'm not sure how to go about editing them so that the wrestler is in a different slot. Normally i'd edit the number next to where it says EMD but the file is showing lots of other text instead, is there a way around this?

sorry if my terminology is wrong, i'm new to all this and learning as i go...thanks for help

Yes. Extract the .shdc file and inject it in an old-school EPK8 .pac file. Then you'll be able to edit it with a hex editor like you normally would.
