[HELP] CAWS, LOGOS, and Save Editor

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I have some doubts that I hope you will help me solve.

1 - Is there any saved update with the 2018 roster? 

(Example: Riot Squad, The Undisputed ERA, SAnitY)

2 - How do I download these caws without being by CC?

(Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2LAFidrDFY&t=258s

3 - Many caw formulas use a custom logo, Where do I find them? And how do I put it on caw?

4 - Could any one make a custom save for me? I choose the caws and you guys put in the game, this is possible? Or I make the formula and you guys put their logos, someone would help me in this?

And last of all my "noobism" and my English, it is not my first language. THANKS

SAnitY not being in the game is not a problem (it has good caws for all members)

Tutorial of what? How to insert logos and use the paint tool? I would greatly appreciate it.
