On consoles, you can't do custom music but you can do custom titantrons in a way. Here's Smacktalks's video on how to do it: Click here. If you have the PC version, check out the modding forum on this website as there is a Sound Editor tool available to use to import/replace with custom music. I know what you were saying but just felt the need to correct.
