Having trouble with 2k18+

Ok here we go. So I'm trying to install Arn Anderson with the new 2k18+. And I get this message

 

What am I doing wrong??? Jesus

Hi, did you select a pac slot number on the install Pofo and moveset menu.

Thanks for the response. Ok the wrestler I'm trying to get is Arn Anderson. So far it worked getting him into the game. But when I try to play with him, the loading screen go's half way and freezes. I personally think it has something to do with the moveset. But I have no way to edit the movesets without Data editor.

Yeah but I did get the wrestler in the game. Now I have to see why it wont load. But were missing so much tools like Data editor & CCT.

I have Arn Anderson in my game. What slot did you install him on? I can send you a pofo and moveset. Can you upload the Arm Anderson pac file you are using so I can have a look at the hex data and test it in my game ?
