Blood for female wrestlers and CAW's?

As the title says, has anyone ever seen any way to activate blood for the women wrestlers and, more specifically, their CAW counterparts?

I remember in 2K16, it was possible if you changed their gender hex to male but doing that now for CAW's leaves them all screwed up looking. That's probably not an issue for the in-game ladies, I'm assuming.

So I'm wondering if there's some other method yet undiscovered to allow this to work or if it's some deeper function baked into the game engine that can't be changed in any other way.

Nope. Changing the gender to male seems to be the only way right now.
