Lost all the mods because of verifying integrity of game files

my game looked weird for some reasons. the character model looked like a blurry television (i don't know how to explain it properly, sorry)

and i had this idea to verify integrity of game files, because i thought maybe i had overwritten or deleted some files accidentally.

but after it had done verifying, the game started fresh. all the mods i had installed were gone.

 

any idea how to recover all it back? i mean, i can do it all over again (put the mods back in one by one)

but its kinda time-consuming.

It's not what you want to hear but not unless you backed your mods up manually. Chalk this one up as a learning experience and next time, backup your game files before verifying the integrity.

i still have my mod files and backups, its just really time consuming to put it all back into the game.

and do your game character model have this weird glitch where their bodies are like blurry television? i've tried everything and still doesn't work.
