Seraskar Posted November 7, 2017 Posted November 7, 2017 Hey friends, how are you ? My pc just broke down. So I have purchased a new one. But this pc is much more weaker than the previous one. And playing 2k18 in it is one of the hardest thing to do. It's configuration is------- Intel core i3 6th generation,8GB Ram and NVIDIA geforce gt 730 graphics. while playing the game the FPS rate is shown only 15% !!!!!!!!! But even in this pc it should be more than 20-25%. So would you please help me to configure the graphics setting ? So that the fps rate gets higher ? Quote

Hi, try to lower the resolution, disable v-sync, turn shadows off [very heavy setting] & drop crowd density to about 50% or lower, the rest is up to your personal preference Edited November 7, 2017 by BeleeDat Quote

Wow, that GT 730 is really low-end and way below minimum specs. The CPU is on the low end as well, but the video card will likely be the biggest bottleneck by far (unless you also don't have enough RAM). It'll be tough to play the game with it. What you could try to do is go to \My Documents\WWE2K18, open the config.ini file, set the following things: [advanced] FXAA = off MSAA = off [quality] audience_density = 0 audience_tessellation = off depth_of_field = off motion_blur = off shadows = of simple_lighting = on texture_quality = 3 [window] windowed = no And set the resolution as low as possible. The game will look ugly as heck, but should hopefully be more playable on your configuration (no guarantees, though). And when you get a chance and the money, upgrade your video card to at least a GTX 1050 (a GTX 770 or higher should do as well). By the way, if your PC "broke down" there is a good chance only one of the components is faulty. Perhaps you can salvage either the better GPU or CPU/Mainboard/RAM from it if you determine what exactly is broken. Quote
Seraskar Posted November 8, 2017 Author Posted November 8, 2017 Thank you very much. This works. But you were right, now the game really look ugly as heck. I will put another 4 GB ram in the pc.I hope that it will increase the performance. Thanks again. Quote

Although having 8GB or more is a good idea these days, the RAM likely won't help all that much, since your low-end GPU that is far below minimum system specifications for the game is bottle-necking the whole system.
