WWE 2K18 crashes everytime i go backstage

Hi. I've been playing wwe 2k18 for a while and I started MyCareer mode with my custom superstar. I had 2 or 3 matches in the performance center, and then, when I was about to go to NXT (which starts in the parking lot), my game crashed during the loading screen. I've tried to open MyCareer mode many times and it continues to crash, and I've also tried to have a backstage brawl and the match starts (it shows the animation of 1 superstar pushing the other to start the brawl), but then the game crashes.

Has this happened to anybody else? If so, how did you fix it?

Even i am facing the problem and still looking to fix it. have you gotten any help?

do you have a modded arena in the slot of the backstage brawl?
