Is it possible to create a logo injector for wwe 2k18?

I don't want to work with steam all the time to upload a simple logo and I don't want my brother to have access to any other game in my collection - and uploading in wwe 2k18 forces you out of family sharing to upload. Is there a workaround? Preferably software based?

I found it much easier this year, on PC at least, you don't need codes or to have the game running to upload a logo to the server.

Yeah, I can upload easily but my brother can't and I wont give him full acess to my steam. Hence the question.
