Just a heads up while in career mode, anyone else had this issue?

I was due to face Kevin Owens at summerslam for the IC title, when I spoke to Todd i was told to pick an answer (on a blank screen)When it loads im cashing in on Jinder Mahal? I win anyway and become champ, only for it to loads next weeks smackdown and has Jinder still the champion? 

 

Apart from this anyone else encountering two Nakamuras backstage? Seems like the whole games a mess
