Needs help in my Player

I have a big trouble i loose all reversal in the game either I press too early or too late.

PLease help me with a image how do i have to Game Balance 1 and 2 set to So I often win the reversal.

Please make a pic with the setting.

Well, you might just train a little bit in Exhibition mode for your timing to get "on point" - you understand what I mean? Don't go further in MyPlayer/MyCareer when you can't counter anything, just train/practice your timing in Exhibition Matches, that's all.

If you play with your MyPlayer online in Road to Glory, then maybe it is because of your connection speed -> that causes lags, and they're not beautiful. Optimize your Router/Connection then. Hope, you get the help you needed.
