How to convert edited titantrons back to .bk2 file format?

So I've been trying to overwrite a titantron with an edited one with music added to it so that I can use it to play a custom track for a CAW (in lieu of the sound editor.)

However, I cannot convert the file back to a .bk2 file so that I can replace the game's file. I have downloaded the RAD Video Tools but the install does not contain the "bink2c.exe" that it tries to run when converting to .bk2. I can only convert thing to .bik.

Given that I have seen several entrance mods posted around here I assume somebody has figured out how to actually do this, so any advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been a frustrating dead end.

In 2K17, I saved them in .bik format, but changed the extension to .bk2 and they worked fine.  I have since moved them to 2K18 and they still work.

+1, BIK files are working since the first KB2 WWE game.

Oh well that's good to know. Thank you!

Edit: Okay well while that does work I am now having a problem with the soundtrack of the titantron stuttering and not playing smoothly, though the video of it seems to play fine. I've tested with my own converted files as well as an updated Baron Corbin entrance that I downloaded and all of them have the music stuttering.

Anyone ever encountered this and have any idea what might cause it?
