The Attire is set to be Attire 7, so you will need to enable it or hex the attire to replace the original one.

You need HXD for that and just have to change the value ( For ex: from ch16212 to ch16202) This can be done using Hxd only. Also you will have to rename the file from ch16212 to ch16202

You can Use 2k18+ tool pach change feature to change his id

Step 1: Copy your chuck cache file name (including extension) and delete the file  

Step 2: Create a new text file and name it as chunk file with the extension name 

This is how you empty chunk cache file 

This should help
