Keep in mind that if you have it modded the Game will take up to 10 minutes to start then

Or you can Edit "chunk.arc" (Original) with "HxD", erase the First line and save, the Game will run fast as usual.
Here "chunk.arc" without waiting 5-10 minutes to start the Game :

2K should hire @JulianBITW and @TheVisitorX.You guys are doing half the work, when they sit on their lazy asses after giving us a half-baked game with horribly toned and out dated models and attires & theme songs (Not to mention those DLC robbery). Kudos to you guys for making it a better game.
