I prepped all the attires in my 2k17 thread but held them for a 2k18 release

Goon3r73 Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Changing the subject slightly back to Stone Cold. How much different is the Alliance Austin pofo and moveset compared to the default? If its not much then I won't bother trying to find the original pofo and moveset to back up. I have already backed up the default 97-98 wem file so I can add in his Alliance theme as and when I decide to make him go heel. I plan an Alliance vs WWE kind of theme takeover in my Universe as and when the opportunity arises for me to create one. Are the pofo's and movesets for superstars easy to locate in the game files. I wouldn't have the first clue on where to look. But as I say if theres not too much difference between the two then imo there's not much point in saving the default one. Just been listening to each wem file of the Alliance mixes. I prefer the one that he used a lot during his time as leader of that faction. That being the Bionic Redneck Remix version.

The Moveset/Pofo sets him heel, changes his friend/enemies, and sets the titan tron that you can't select in the game.

I guess for now what I could do is add in the wem file. I have made him a few outfits myself in the creation suite. Nothing like yours but at least I've given him coloured reinforced leg braces. I could change him to heel in settings and go with that until the Data Editor/UAU is released.

You can see the preview photos on the first page. I will work on a showcase video. All 20 Owen attires, including pofo/moveset, 2 titantron options, and 4 theme song options are currently available for VIP Crew. Public links will be in about 1-2 weeks. Note to all about the Owen mod: There are a few of the entrance attires that glitch. I know that the Survivor Series 1997 has a weird transparent effect with the background titantron. It is unknown why this occurs. Some of the lighting in WWE 2k18 also makes the short hair cuts look weird although the raw textures are perfect. Same with the face from certain angles. I know there are going to be some saying that Owen is not accurate or the face isn't 100%. I would like to bring forward the fact that last year there was only one Owen Hart mod released by @SimplyRipZz. There were multiple ones that were previewed but never released. I made these 20 attires at the end of WWE 2k17's run, in between waiting for WWE 2k18's launch. The idea was that I was going to release an Owen that is fully animated for the community with an unheard of 20 attires. Like many of you, Owen was one of favorites. I put an ungodly amount of hours into these attires a couple of months ago, so I wanted to let everyone enjoy an Owen Hart instead of no Owen. Please appreciate this. I'm sure there are some other modders that can make a better one -- PLEASE DO!!! Until then, I hope you all enjoy "The Rocket", "The King Of Harts", "The Black Heart" Owen Hart. RIP Owen. 3

I will go on record and say again many thanks for the Owen Hart mod. A fitting tribute to such a talent of the squared circle tragically cut short. Many thanks bud. Edit: Just had another one, same superstars this time on the Raw is War arena. The game crashed as Owen was at the top of the cage. So I am still having issues whereby certain Steel Cage matches are crashing the game. Idk whether or not the Devs know of this glitch. I shall certainly post something. It seems to happen on certain arenas. Yet on others it is fine. Oh well. I will be steering clear of cage matches for now. Edited November 21, 2017 by Goon3r73 1
