need help/pre ordered DLC PRE-Order Not showing

So I pre-ordered the game. However after launching the game, by the way I did preload the game. Started it up this morning and I cannot access Kurt Angle, RVD, or any of the DLC content. Contacted Xbox support, who stated it should be up 24 hours after the launch of the game, even with a Early Access like this, so my question is, has anyone else had a problem on Xbox One where they are not seeing any of the pre-order content? I am really confused and I have gone everywhere for help. 2K has been swamped by this so I doubt they will get back to me in time. I don't know if it was because they saw my Microsoft account that I use for business or, I just had a really good support representative, but I explained how I was only buying it on Xbox because it is the brand that I have trusted, starting way back with the first Halo. I told them, what is the point, of playing this game 3 days early when I had already purchased it on Steam. I was not rude about it, I just said, I wanted to get hang of the game before it launched and I would rather refund the game and wait, since I will already be getting the pre-order bonuses when the game Launches on the 17th. Microsoft support has always been great when you get connected to a call center in the US, however the Filipino call center is amazing to. The woman told me that if it was not resolved by tomorrow she would refund me immediately. Sorry for the long talk, I just really want to play on both so I can play with my dad he used to love playing the old games like SVR 2007 and SVR 2009. Sorry, but I just wanna know if anyone else had a fix or workaround?

go the 2K18 game icon in your library, click the small button next to the left thumbstick, select manage game and you should see the option to install the DLC

I had the same issue. I had to reinstall the packs a few times and reload the game
