Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)- Done

India-Done

Note: Yes, I know the CIS is now Russia. But the anthems are different so the CIS is in as a bonus.
Basically any in game "Patriot" theme will be replaced. Except on Canada's. In my game, that one replaces Perfectionist. Australia and Portugal are not determined as to what they replace nor is Russia's determined.[/s}
