Is it possible to hack in Hogan & Hardy as playable?

Seeing as its 2017 and the game was released years ago I know vids on youtube have said hacking in Warrior/Hogan freezes the game but that was 2005 time so now 12 years later is there any way of making them playable?

Im sure ive seen people mod in 2k15 characters in videos so guessing it wouldnt be too hard to put their real music in the game.
