Odd Question, Can you turn off pinfall attempts?

I'm in the middle of doing a youtube series of matches that tell a story. I have several spots I want to do in a 2 on 2 tornado tag hardcore match. My only problem is that my partner pins one of our opponents quickly before I have the chance to complete all the spots thus ruining my video. I've already turned the durability up on both of our opponents so that they can take more damage, but it isn't enough. Is there a way I can turn pinfall attempts off so that my partner only doesn't go for them as fast or at all? Maybe using cheat engine? Something?
