How do I mod Arena Apron (video) pac files?

So i haven't modded a WWE game on PC since 2K15. I've figured out how to mod most of the major parts of 2k17 (sound, trons etc) but the one thing i'm having an issue with is modding the apron video files. I want to replace the PAYBACK Arena apron video with a custom one I've made (for my custom arena). I've created, edited and injected the file into the pac, replacing the original one in both "pac\mov\ar_apron 000004.pac" and "pac\mov\bg_apron 000004.pac" but when i go in-game, the original Payback apron video is still there playing. Am i placing the files in the incorrect place? Or is there something else that i need to do?

Any help would be fantastic!

make sure you delete the .pac from the pac.bak files
