How to back-up wrestlers?

I run a gaming community, and I'm making wrestlers based on members of my community. We do a show every week on my twitch stream.

As you can see I've been a monumental amount of effort into making each one of my monsters as caringly as possible. But if my computer crashes and burns I lose everything, and it's too much fun and too exciting for that to happen. I tried using the upload feature, but I only have 5 slots cause I'm only silver. Is there a way I can just back up the files every so often?

Steam Cloud sync should keep your save synced to the steam cloud even if you lose your original save.
