Gift Of Jericho Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 There is another one which is a shot of his entrance. That looks even better goddamnit. Quote
Gift Of Jericho Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Hopefully Cena is less grumpy in his entrance lol 1 Quote
Steenalizer Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 (edited) Cena's best entrance was in 2K15, it was the only one where he actually had some personality. Edited August 3, 2017 by Steenalizer Quote
GameElite™ Posted August 3, 2017 Author Posted August 3, 2017 Let's hope that this year the lighting actually hits the ingame models. Quote
Ramenmaker MD Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 tbh, idc about these screenshots because 1. I'm not one of those guys who about graphics over gameplay. and 2. how can we be sure that allthe models look like this, remember 2k15 and the models were glitchy, then now 2k17 and just looking at dana brooks model can give anyone nightmares. 1 Quote
ahmedady Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 this new engine make graphics more releastic Quote

Itis not the models , itis the shaders update which are on all models , new or old and they do make a difference Quote
Phenomenal Modder Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Well, the screenshots are awesome though they first should have talked about gameplay and new features and videos rather than screenshota Quote

It's always been screenshots first, then new information, the roster reveal and finally gameplay videos. 5 Quote
Robbie686 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Cant complain looks freaking awesome!! Roll on the next few weeks of screenshots and video footage!! Quote
seanironmaiden Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Can't wait to see full arenas with the new lighting and shaders. Be interesting to see if they can replicate that smokey arena look of the old Attitude Era Raw and PPV arenas where they used shïttonnes of pyro and the smoke lingered, adding to the atmosphere 1 Quote
ReLL7thirty Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Hype the new John Cena mode looks much better too. It's sad to find out their artist sculpts the bodies from scratch. I thought they'd scan those too, due to tattoos and even scars being accurate. 1 Quote
mrblacksheep Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 That low polygon model is how I would expect it to look on the switch with a bit more polish of course. Quote
RawisCain Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 WWE 2K18 looks awesome so far just from those screenshots of Seth. You can see a major difference in graphics from 2K17 to 2K18. I'm looking forward to seeing more screenshots like these from 2K and eventually some gameplay. I am curious to see what they've done with the create a superstar models. Quote
C-Squared Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 (edited) Seriously blown away! I wasn't sure how big a jump in graphics the new engine would be like and now WOW. I want more shots! XD Great stuff. 45 minutes ago, ReLL7thirty said: Hype the new John Cena mode looks much better too. It's sad to find out their artist sculpts the bodies from scratch. No more grumpy Cena! lol Seriously he always looked like he was gonna give the meanest backhand to someone with his previous model. Glad it got updated nicely. Just curious...wouldn't the fact they built the bodies from scratch be more impressive? I do agree I thought they were scanned too but it is still cool they were able to nail most if not all superstar bodies nailed to the T (Including tattooes and scars as you said).
