Is my game bugged?(94 hours just in my career no title shot)

So can you tell me how to get a title match, is it bugged. like do I have to restart my career? or how? ive been number 1 and im heel, but half of the authority challenges(Like win by DQ) are impossible since the other superstar will never get a weapon. please help. I have no Prob starting over but it feels like everything is bugged like, I never get good matches and I will dq myself at times just to try and get all the authority shit done... It's annoying because it feels like if you are the best, you won't ever get a title shot as heel unlesss you are the authority's dog...

Also I would like to ask if it is possible to just edit the authority  standing?

The game itself is bugged. Xavier Woods plays this game alot on his channel and has been trying to get a US title shot for a WHILE
