My universe freezes when I try to make a rivalry. I have been doing a lot of modding lately. Can someone help?

Pretty hard to help when you give us basically no details.

Backup your mods, re-verify with Steam, and see if you have the same issue.

If you don't, then add your mods back one-by-one.
