Still trying to figure how to get mods to show up in game help?

Ok i'm new to this modding community. I've been watching videos on adding mods but once installed the mods in the game they don't show up well they do but they don't have names and they are at the very top of the list. Can somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong. is there a step I'm suppose to do with the string pac file or chunk cache bin that I'm missing?

Hey, welcome to the modding community!  From your description, It sounds like you're missing the proper string file. which character/mod are you trying to install?

I tried to add Hulk Hogan and Cm punk how do I add the string file or where do I find it to add it.

Thanks man you really me out alot. I have one more question in what folder are you suppose to put the string win PAC file? Like I'm trying to put hogan in the game where does his string file go?
