So My brother and I have Steam WWE 2k17 on his pc which we have been working on. On my pc I do not have game, been working mostly on videos and such that we have been transferring on his pc to inject into game. as those don't take nearly as long, I am so far ahead of him, I thought I would try my hand on creating superstars myself. A few days ago I saw youtube video on doing it, but can not find the  programs for it nor the youtube video that I had seen. Any help with a link to the programs would be helpfull. Also wandering if not having the game on my computer if it is still possible to use this program?
