Fuck sake man... mine only got dispatched from Amazon a few hours ago. The new delivery date is Monday. Makes no difference to me anyway as I’m outta the country til Monday night but I’d be ragin’ If I was at home. Not cool... especially with the whole 4 days early thing being out the window pretty much..:

So, having taken the day off, I've had a full days play and it's very good. Graphics are amazing, the models are outstanding, if you ignore the shitty legends.

As expected, found tonnes of stupid and unecessaey bugs; makes you wonder if they even do any testing.

Some bugs listed on my tweet here - 

Some are small, some are game breaking like the easy eliminations in the Rumble.

Overall, it's a solid 8

Do you have enough free space on your HDD? If it's close, it might not be enough for temporary files upon extraction/installation. It could very well be that you may need almost double the size of the game of free space for installation.
You could try to uninstall a larger game that you no longer play much and see if that helps.

I'm another that amazon failed on. Well, I say amazon but its royal mail that failed. My parcel is stuck at the south midlands distribution centre and wasn't sent to my local delivery office, hopefully that happens tonight.

Amazon are now estimating any time from today until tuesday for it to show up. Went on to the online chat and they gave me 30 days of prime added to my subscription for the delay

Basically I had to reinstall the game and update to my internal hard drive, the new dashboard I got today seems to have messed up my games and updates being installing correctly onto my external hard drive.

I actually really love the easy eliminations. It makes the match a lot more challenging and unpredictable, in 2K16 and 17 I found it too easy to win with the first entrant, as long as didn't get hit with a finisher, elimination was easy enough to avoid. Add to that, being able to simply hit people barely hanging on to avoid elimination, or catch people off guard and simply throw them out adds more realism to the match. It's actually kinda nice getting to cycle through a few characters during the course of the match, and really have to fight to avoid elimination. I really loved the old royal rumbles from games like HCTP and SYM, that were really chaotic and you simply thew someone out of the ring as you would in any other matches. They had obvious drawbacks, but I think the new eliminations are giving us the best of both worlds. The match definitely has problems, but I think the easy eliminations are a good step forward, and have made the match the most realistic it has ever been.

agreed. though maybe sort of "invincibility" skill that you can activate once per match for certain superstars would be good though. sort of like in No Mercy when you were in "finisher" mode and couldnt be pinned or knocked down. It could last for a minute maybe and you would be immune to elimination...

You do get a buff if you stay in a rollout. It improves your elimination mini game defense and reversal window for quick eliminations.

well some are still reused but just respoken by graves and saxton but i agree it's not too bad compared to previous years
