like how they made it where you could have more than one manager and then removed all the managers (well all the legend managers) from 2k17 lol

Well, Billy Gunn is in NJPW, and Bubba is in ROH, can't blame 2K though. It wouldn't make sense just including only D-Von and Road Dogg lol.

Great song. It's up there with 'Smooth' for Marcus Cor Von.

Weird gimmick. I'd love to see them do more edgy religious cult-leader stuff for Bray Wyatt. I feel Punk's SES is streets ahead of the Wyatt Family in terms of being a cult. Cyrus was onto something with a similar gimmick before they chopped his legs off. I'd like to see more of that as I feel it's a genuinely creepy gimmick that wouldn't have to go past PG to be effective.

it woulda made sense to me. cawing one person is better than cawing 2. especially if they did leave the tag and single's entrance for dudleyz/nao, gunn and bubba in the game.

Have they ever given us a reason to fear Bray or the Wyatt Family? Yes he's been wwe champ, but in all of his feuds he's never actually come out on top or affected genuine change. It's a shame cause it's such a great character and concept. His match with Randy at mania was one of the greatest disappointments  for me ever sadly.

I am concerned about Asuka but she wouldn't be the first nxt graduate to be lost in the shuffle of the main roster

Not to nit pick but Gallows and Anderson never appeared in nxt, but I understand the point you're making. Guys that debut with a rocket and then just fizzle out via booking. Only one I'd disagree with is Enzo and Cass, they've always been entertaining but were never on the winning side of the equation all that often. I felt WWE did well in really planning on splitting them long term all along. Unfortunately I don't see either really becoming legendary stars, Enzo based on his in ring work and Cass I just can't get into his look 100% whilst I do like both of them

yeah i wasn't going based on NXT

thing is with Enzo and Cass their promos and matches were better in nxt imo

usually i'm not this unoptimistic but 2k17's career mode was so damn boring i had to go back to 2k16's

Yeah, if they did this as thoroughly an thoughtfully as it sounds, this will be great. If it's only surface-deep, though, it's going to be terrible.

seems to me that most of the people excited over this are the people that are just looking for their "HCTP FREE ROAM Season mode" Fix

To me, I think having alternate ways to advance your character besides just winning match after match makes for a far more engaging experience. If I need to goose my t-shirt sales, and the backstage tailor needs me to do something for her to get it, that seems a lot more interesting than "Go in and change the design on your shirt between every match."

Being able to organically engage into feuds by interrupting promos or jumping someone backstage is way more fun than the random hopes that the computer will book you into a feud that moves you up the rankings.

i was mostly joking but what i mean is for the last 3 years all i've seen is "i want a HCTP Backstage roaming like it used to be in HCTP so i can jump off the titantron like it used to be rinse and repeat" Lol

 

i'm calling it now, Mark Little, 2Kayfabe, Cory Ledesma, and Bryan Williams will all make cameos in 2k18's career mode. i mean it did happen in NBA2k17's career with the 2 community managers LOL

i'm not even holding my breath. you know this wouldn't be an issue if they'd just release all the damn alt/duplicates screw the people that don't like duplicates and things [insert nxt jobber talent name here ] would make it in if there wasn't 2 triple h's or 5 stings

that's cause 2 of them were dlc

i actually have nothing against Ellsworth being in. since i don't have to worry about the drama that used to happen like in wwe12 where even if you made michael cole and Lawler inactive they would still show up in your universe lol

The career mode is wwe2k17 started out good, but turned bad pretty quick.

From the sounds of things they've worked on it so I'll give it a shot..

Would've loved to see a video though..
