Wrestler Names Keep Disappearing!

I apologize if this has been answered already, but there's a lot of info to search on the forum...

Anyway, I have successfully installed a port of the POW Hogan from 2k15 into 2k17 on PC. It works great (not sure who ported it, but it is flawless). However, whenever I try to install any other mods, all of the name info for Hogan (menu, entrance nameplate, everything) disappears! Everything else seems to work the same, but he just shows up as a blank space in the list of wrestlers as soon as another mod is installed. The new mods will install, everything will work, but they always show up without names too. All mods are being installed into different slots, and the pofos and movesets are being injected into the corresponding slots through custom character tools while wwe 2k17 is running. Am I going to have to fix the names through hex editing or something? And if so, how? The only tutorials I see online show how to edit the names of wrestlers who have existing names, but not those whose names are blank.
