Moveset Question, Tajiri's Karate Rush

Or whatever he called it. Where it was just a rush of random kicks, chops, and strikes. If it's in the game, is it available as a signature move, and what is it called?

There's no signature you could just make it his punching combination. It's what I did for my Tajiri Moveset. (I've posted it below in the spoiler tags if you're interested).
