Why is impossibile create a save editor tool for PS4 and One? 

My wish is a simple change of the renders in the future games (2k18?) (and the custom musics)

Because of the encryption you can't access any files on PS4 or xbox one.

It's very unlikely that Sony or ms will tell us the keys to decrypt these files. 

You can only hope that some Hacker leaks these keys.

But it needs just one update for Sony and/or ms to change these keys after a leak.
