Downloaded moves missing

i love keeping my game updated .. but recently  noticed while editing certain movesets in-game that the downloaded moves are missing. please help  have no clue what's wrong ?

Are you using any mods?

If not then verify the integrity of your game which will check all files and redownload anything missing, only do this on an unmodified game otherwise it could (and probably will) overwrite your mods with the defaults.

If you are using mods then did you install any move mods?

These will be files that insert themselves into the "ingame" folder.
