Mod character change into caw superstar because changing string? is it posibble?

So i download @bravebird31 jinder mahal, and use @ahmedady pofo and moveset, he told to edit bill's name because on string it didn't have mahal name, i change one on string, and it doesn't change, so i change all bill name into mahal's, it change but when i play the game the character is jobber from career mode, the green trunks and tattoo on both arms, and back

Note: i already change mahal pofo and pac into the same id, i change the pac file but the character still the same

So where's the problem?
