Have you tried adding facial animations to the second yobj which contains the beard? 

 

Maybe that will get the beard to move with the animations on your main model.

Good update on HillBill but it will be better if you can add a real upper body shirt like did Leon on his mod , now seems a lot is painted on the body

His doesn't even have an accurate shape. Sometimes we need to paint it on the body. He just used a bushwacker singlet.
