HELP: Is this happening to anyone else?

I was gonna post this in the bugs/glitches thread but it doesn't look like anyones been there in a while. So, as we all know, 2K Support is utterly worthless and completely inept. I've reported this to them NUMEROUS times and the only thing they tell me is "have you tried clearing your cache?" (Obviously yes, it doesnt work) 

 

Anyways, the problem in question is any time (almost every time) I book a CAW vs CAW match the game will either endless loop a crowd shot before the entrances or one wrestler will enter and it will endless loop the close up shot of them awaiting their opponent (they'll eventually walk out of frame and its just the crowd) and I have to close the game because I'll be unable to do anything. (God forbid I use a custom arena or title in the match)

 

I mean I've been playing this series since Smackdown! on Playstation and this may very well be the least amount of effort I've ever seen for a WWE game post-launch (Lets be honest, it shouldn't  require any effort as the game should goddamn work to begin with) We're ramping up for 2K18 and this game is still plagued with bugs, some or which were there at launch! Anyway, if anyone else is having this problem or knows a fix, PLEASE let me know.

what show transition are you using? i had that problem post match and it was because i was using the 90s show transition

that's odd. i haven't had a single issue with the fighting spirit transition. it must be something else. what show/arena are you using. custom, dlc, in-game.

Custome its NJPW stuff ive either made or downloaded. But it also happens on the in game arenas like NXT and what not

hmmm

only issue i've had is where if i'm using the WCW SN 92 arena it'll show the Smackdown logo when i go to edit matches and the intro never loads and i have to restart the game.
