Wrestler not appearing (Installed through cheat engine)

So I follow these steps

 

I'm using Bobby Roode but he doesn't show anywhere

 

edit: I also tried with the moveset and new strings installed in pac but no appearance

Hi, 

I believe the Bobby Roode mod will only work through pacplus which is part of the 2k17+ tool.
