How add new name in String.pac?

Hi people. Explain how to add a name for the slot. The game has slots from 631 to 730 and up to 630 there are slots without a name (for example 326, 331, etc.). I would like to use them to add new wrestlers. Give please link to the video tutorial or instruction as in String.pac add new names for the nameless slots.

I do not quite understand how this works: (((Here take String_win.pac (2k17) and String.pac (2k16) .In String 2k17 we take the line where Chyna name is located (Slot 730.) Can I write to String 2k16 in this String name Chyna so that when installing the modification in Slot 730 there was her name? And then there's some sort of character set ... (((

Watch this howto video, it's made for 2k16 but the process is the same with 2k17.

It's not that. He puts the wrestler in the slot where the name is already registered in String.pac. The Data Editor shows the values of HEX.
