Installing entrance videos

Ok so I have been trying to install the Hardy Boyz GFX over JBL'S in game and for some reason I get a bug when trying to load entrances with JBL's Trons all the files are below (mini & wall) and have a file size of just under/over 1mb.

Mini:512 x 256

Wall: 512 x 512

Here is how I installed the trons and the issue I am having

Any help would be great thanks
