Crash on Startup :( Any fix?

Hi,

This finished installing from Steam yesterday and ran fine on the first boot. Now whenever I launch it gets pas t the Brock Lesnar splash screen and crashes every time. Nothing has been altered since first boot, so wondering if anyone has a fix?

EDIT: Fixed

Ironically the fresh retail Steam copy with NO mods added kept crashing, as soon as I swapped out the cache chuck everything worked. Sweet irony.
